EASY ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

If you prefer; you can print hard copy request forms available here. The completed forms can be placed in Michelle's mailbox; she will ensure they are processed correctly.

For on-line enrollment: follow the instructions below..

Go to the Egiving page on St. Edward’s website
Click the "Donate" button
Select "new donor" if you are a first time user. Click continue.

You will now see the Giver Information page. Directly below "Giver's Information" check the box for creating a username and password, enter a user ID and password that you can easily remember, fill in the remaining red outlined boxes, check the box for your email address and fill in the account information. The "frequency" option is entirely your choice but Monthly is most beneficial.

Click "Make Transaction", follow the prompts and you are finished.

You will receive an email confirming the user ID and password you selected.

I received my Egiving user ID and password from the parish office email address. Can parish leadership see my user ID, password and account information?

Who do I contact if I lost or forgot my user ID or password?

To request a user ID or password re-set, click on the "My account" button on this page. The sign in window will open; click the "forgot your" either user ID or password, fill in the necessary information and click "submit". For "forgot user ID" requests, you will receive an email containing the user ID you selected when you enrolled. For "forgot password" requests, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and a replacement password will be sent via email. Use it to access your account and you can then change your password to something easily remembered.

What payment options do I have?

You have the option to use direct deposit from your bank checking or savings account or with your Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Are there any fees involved with giving online?

You will not pay any fees with online contributions. St. Edward's provides on-line giving as a convenience.

Will my bank / credit card statement indicate "St. Edward's Episcopal Church" as the payee?

The entry should read "St. Edward's Episcopal Church, Mount Vernon OH". The reason for the location is that's where the processor is and it does appear on the statement. However, you can be assured that St. Edward's, Lancaster, PA is the recipient of all of your online contributions.

Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?

Yes. The church will continue to send year-end contribution statements for tax purposes. These statements will reflect all your contributions to St. Edward's including those made online.

When will contributions be charged to my account?

Contributions made by electronic check will be taken from your specified bank account within 4 business days. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day. If you make a contribution using your credit/debit card, the transaction will be initiated immediately and will appear on your account within 4 business days.

I received my Egiving user ID and password from the parish office email address. Can parish leadership see my user ID, password and account information?

User ID's, passwords and password re-sets are computer generated at Stewardship Technology. Parish leadership sees the same fields as in your profile; passwords are all dots and account numbers are truncated (all X's except for the last four digits).
